Suicidal..

Do you ever feel suicidal?

Like the past can’t be left behind you.

Like the world just keeps caving in,

And no matter what you do, you can’t win.

Good happens then bad follows seconds after,

People make jokes but there’s no reason for laughter.

Dark thoughts flood my mind,

I hear voices telling me to leave the world behind.

I feel alone and rejected,

In this world people are never really protected.

I struggle to smile and my thought is to cry,

I can’t trust anyone I just want to die.

When the world is dark and gloomy,

And I think no one sees the true me.

Is it time to give up and run from reality,

Or is it time to seek help and realise the worlds not mad at me.

There are millions of loved ones that get left every second,

But just think of someone you loved that’s in Heaven.

Don’t you miss them and feel sad when you think,

Of all the memories, doesn’t your heart sink.

Wish you had more time to enjoy their life,

Then put down the tablets the rope or knife.

A life is so precious and yes yours is too,

Or just one push too many and you need a distraction.
