Storms birth stars
The scar of every star is sacrifice.~Unknown

You say you're fine but you're not
You say all is well but it's not
I see your puffy eyes
And yet you still manage to smile
I feel the heaviness in your steps
And yet you keep moving
You laugh, dance and clap
But.....
Behind those smiles I feel your pain
Behind the echoes of your laughter I know you're breaking
Behind every hello, every hi, every good bye said: I know you go through more than I can imagine.
Behind every applause, behind every "I'm doing great" I know there are tears
Behind every step I know you're wallowing in a pool of distress
Behind those soft eyes of yours
Behind the steadiness in your touch
Behind the gentle whispers in the deep of the night
Even behind the light in your eyes
And the grin on your face
Behind it all I know there's more - more that you don't express
More that you keep to yourself
More that only your pillow knows
More that only the deepest parts of your being admits to
More that words find it hard to express
And even emotions are set on flames at the thought of it
More that you hide from the world
More that your gentle rhythms hide
More that makes your courage slide
More that only the nights spent awake with tear stained face knows
But I just want you to know
You're braver than you think
You're stronger than you know
You're more able than you've ever imagined
You are more resilient than you've ever believed
You are closer than you see, nearer than you feel
So let the storms take its toll
Let the night have its feast
Let the turbulence have its say
And the tears crown the face
Let the pain dance to the beat
But don't forget - there are brighter days ahead
A calming after the storm
A brightening after the dark
Peace after the turbulence
Sunshine after the rain
You've survived so many things and this is just one of them
You've sailed through so many storms
You're more than a captain now
You have and you are doing so great
So just hang in there a little longer
You've been broken so many times, this may just be the last time
So just remember
The night will pass, the day will come
The sun may set, but soon it will rise
After the hot days, there will be rain
It may seem all bleak, but soon you'll see the light
Just like an oak in the storms
You rustle and jostle
But what they do not know is that your kowtowing
Is not out of fear
But out of a deep rooted knowledge
That even kings sometimes bow
That even great men sometimes kneel
Trust me, it will soon pass
It will all be well
And one-day, just one-day you'll look back and say
"I did it".
Dear reader, I hope this encourages you. Hold on and strive hard because I believe at the end of every tunnel, there's light. We all go through stuff trust me. We all do break trust me. We all cry sometimes trust me.
I once read somewhere that "desert too have rivers, and sometimes if you do not see our tears, it does not mean we do not cry".
So many of you break everyday and yet you keep holding on for the one's you love. I just want you to know that you are doing great and the struggle may seem overwhelming, but it would be over soon. Much love from this end🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 ~Phoebe

You sound like the vikings who never say never. As a silent reader my mind is even calmer.cus I know my antidote to a revival is penned to a paper.....right here. I love it this piece
