Stomping in With 'Tude

She’s one big tantrum

Storming in on a rain cloud

Gusting across town

🌬️

Stamping her barefeet

Rudely waking the clover

Shaking out the trees

πŸͺ»

Tossing lightning bolts

Pulling flowers from her hair

Letting no one rest

🐝

Acting like a brat

Huffing and puffing, she pouts

Wearing herself out

🌷

Strutting proudly by

She calmly kisses the blooms

Sudden changing wind

πŸƒ

Her behavior done

She glides along on a breeze

Presenting summer

β˜€οΈ

Quietly yawning

apologetically

Looking for her bed

Ha! Love this! You definitely described March in Missouri!

  • I do believe that lionic march entry depleted its roar in February for us here in Kansas. Though at least she did give us a little roar this year. (It's been so long since I heard more than a mew.) Love the poem, Mother.
