stay alive for the fluffy bullshit
that social media spews at you,
those self help videos that just
tell you not to be sad.
don’t become their statistic.
stay alive for the people you don’t like
the people who would show up to your funeral
despite despising you until your last breath
stay alive to ward off
fake eulogies from girls with
eyelashes looking like wings.
girls that cared less when
your eyes were stained red
from your salty tears.
girls that encouraged habits
that destroys you from the inside.
stay alive out of spite,
even if that’s your only reason,
stay alive.
