Starting with something short n sweet
This one’s still a bit of a work in progress but it’s also one of my shortest pieces and I thought that would be the best way to start here to see if I can attract an audience with it instead of laying it on heavy first time around and maybe once I do, I’ll share more of my deeper writings and start laying it on heavy
Is it just me
Or can we all agree, walking this earth ain’t for free.
Nobody will let me be who I want to be
We gotta beg and plead
Because walking this earth ain’t for free
But that ain’t for me
I just wish they all could see
I’m working on something really tight, I’ve been praying on god I hope I get this right.This isn’t show and tell and I don’t want to fight,I gotta keep my problems outta sight.
I don’t want to lie in bed for another restless night. Im trying to defeat all my fright, because that’s the only way to make things bright
