I saw a star yes, a star,

a bright big and beautiful star.

This one looked like a diamond yes, a diamond,

a pure and white shining star this was.

It made me think of you yes, of you,

and how I wish to be alone with you on this very night.

We could catch the sky tonight yes, the sky tonight,

oh being with you gives me the wondrous butterflies.

You make me float along the breeze yes, the breeze,

I'll smile towards this star closing my calming eyes.

I'll look up and make a wish yes, a wish,

My wish will be for you and maybe you too?
