Standing In The Rain

It's a crying shame

Even though you went away

And you left me all alone

I’m not crying

Just because we had our day

And now I’m standing on my own

I’m not crying

For the memories of a past

That came and went and didn’t last

I’m not crying

For the love that we once had

That made me happy now I’m sad

I’m not crying

For the joy that turned to pain

I’m just a rose who can't explain

I tell you I’m not crying

I've just been standing in the rain

heartbreak
