Spring Whispers
A Journey from Frozen Silence to the Song of Renewal
Underneath the cold, the earth sighs,
Frozen tears beneath dark skies.
The world is quiet, still, and deep,
But warmth is stirring, beginning to creep.
—
Through bitter frost, a tender bloom,
A quiet hope that breaks the gloom.
The robin’s song, the river’s cry,
A world reborn beneath the sky.
—
And as the thaw begins to rise,
The sun kisses the earth’s tired eyes.
Each bloom a prayer, a soft release,
Of love, of joy, of quiet peace.
—
For winter’s chill, though long it stayed,
Taught us the strength in hearts that prayed.
And in the spring, the soul’s reborn,
A new beginning in the dawn.
Author's Note:
This poem is a reflection of the resilience that lies within both nature and the human spirit. Winter, with all its stillness and hardship, serves as a reminder that even in our darkest moments, there is the promise of rebirth. Spring’s arrival, like a whispered secret carried by the wind, teaches us that no matter how harsh the cold, the warmth of renewal is always on the horizon. In these words, I hope you find not just the changing of seasons, but the changing of hearts—where every struggle gives way to hope, and every winter leads to a brighter dawn.
