Spend the Next One w/me

This has to be the most busiest day at Legacy West! Traffic at a standstill and there is no parking! Glad I got here early! Now I have to get out of this place on a Friday!

As I made way to my car, carefully walking across the street with hopes of not getting hit by a text/driver; there she was, looking for a space! She could have just been looking for me, but nonetheless, we made eye contact!

My brief moment in pause must have been longer than I thought, She mentioned, “Sir, are you moving from this spot or are you waiting for someone to open the door of your car for you?” Temper, temper I thought to myself. I walked up to her car and said, “ that’s a nice interior you have! Is that Italian leather?”

She replied, “NO, it’s move so I can park, leather!” “Miss, I know this is a busy time, but I was just trying to create a friendly conversation!” She smiled, but was slightly annoyed and said, “forgive me, I have so much to do before my birthday!” I replied with a big and enthusiastic, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!”

I had to go into instant “shoot your shot” mode! Comes only with Midwest models, some parts require assembly! “Miss, right now I don’t need to know your name, but give me a second to make reservations so I could claim!”

She leaned back with a state of disbelief and surprised smile on her face! I placed my bags down on my car and unbuttoned my suit coat! These words started to flow, shortly after I cleared my throat!

I said, “lady of a thousand moons and ten planets ain’t got shyt on you! For your everyday look has the traffic moving without a clue! Now I know why things were moving so slow, it was you all along holding up this road show! Shut up lady! No need to blow your horn! Don’t get mad because no one is shooting at you, work on your big toe corn!”

I quickly focused my attention on this lovely lady and said, “change your birthday plans and ride down to Austin with me! I can give the kids a pizza, leave them at home and 35w would just be you and me!” I know grammar police! Damn, let a brother MAC!

“Now check it!” As I drew a picture in the sky as I montioned with my hand! “We can hit the road and find a cool dinner spot and I can talk about being your man!” I then gave a distant look off unto the sky as I was watching us ride down the interstate!

“Can you see it? You riding to my relaxing music and the massaging motion with the heat of my caddy seats! I just want conversation now, we don’t have to get in the sheets! I know, I know, you were not expecting to on your busy birthday Eve moment, bets believe it’s a crime if I didn’t say something, I had to get up on it”

I truly hope that your birthday was one to remember! If not, then let me spend the next one with you and hopefully I can add something solid and intentional to your life!
