Imagining forever begins with our hands intertwining.

For all the breaths I take, I hope you're by my side.

*

Thoughts of you fill my mind.

Holding on tightly as the time passes by.

All that I am belongs to you.

The stars above will remember our story.

*

In your eyes, I only see love.

So, the world fades out because I get lost in your gaze.

*

And if the skies were to turn gray,

Loving you is all I will need.

Life is full of mistakes, but you aren't one of them.

*

I was meant to be with you.

No one can tell me otherwise.

*

Love has found me.

In this life, I see paradise.

Forever isn’t long enough.

Every heart wishes to find a love like this.

*

I adore you.

*

Every night, every day,

Vows are spoken and the connection grows.

Each minute and hour

Reminds me of my feelings.

*

Don’t let me go.

Only love can keep my tears away.

I, unfortunately, have a headache today, so I wasn't about to work on the short fictions I've got planned (or the one I needed to edit). Instead, I chose to do another poem based on a song I recently listened to.

Acrostic

The bold letters could be the first or last line of the poem. You wrote a poem full of emotion.

  • If you didn't Bold the first letters and there was no Acrostic tag, I wouldn't have realised this was an Acrostic. It was so smooth, deep, and emotional. I loved it!
