Do you know what “spectrum” means?

It’s more than a range. Not just the rainbow.

From primary pigments in painting class to the paint chip panorama. 16.7 million through the glowing glass, at least.

And they tried to tell me there was only blue and pink.

I had the guts to be green, and it carried me through the gray days. But even Lime and Kelly and Hunter and Acid and Army and Olive and Sage aren’t enough for what I’m trying to say:

A binary is blasphemy. Seven is splendid, but still insufficient.

I’m not a fad or a flag. I’m not even an exception.

I am (we are) a Spectrum.

Gregory Benson

Seems no matter what I write, it almost always makes me cringe a year later. I wonder where this trajectory is taking me.
