Speak no more. Hold your peace.

I know very well how much

Life can be a beast to the

Eardrum, noise? It’s better if you hear

None. Let a lack of sound

Caress your ear as you so

Eloquently have nothing to hear.

Acrostic

Joe, this was profound without sound! Seriously, "caress your ear as you so eloquently have nothing to hear" is up to the reader to interpret. For me, it reminded of numbness, people I cared for and loved who chose when to listen and when to silence me. This is golden.
