-Drifting southward in a daze,
looking below, I see the maze
and the ways through this haze...
My head now splits,
like rifts of lava
in this continental drift.
Thinking of confusing myths,
away I drift...
Catching a moment of breath as I
sweat to death
from things bereft,
I see the dream. What does it mean?
In the deepest part of this pool,
I look for that golden rule.
But I flinch as soon as I get
within an inch.
I may run. I may hide.
But I know faith will be found again and again,
hiding deep inside.
