You tell me that loving you is a mistake

That I should move on and never come back

But yet, I let myself stay for your own sake

To give you the love that you yourself lack.

The pain that I cause you is not what you deserve

Even though you tell me that I'm the one for you

I always tend to overlook my intentions and never learn

For there's nothing more else that I could do.

Why can't you accept the fact that my love for you is whole?

I can barely imagine a life without you in it

Because my heart, my Dear, you stole

For without you, my soul is dark and hardly lit.

All I ask is for you to stay

Will you promise me that you won't stray?
