SOMETIMES I CAN'T SLEEP..

and in the dark I can be real.

Come..

sit next to me.

tell me what's wrong.

I will listen to you,

I will hold you forever or

only so long.

Tell me your wish..

Twas a long year of pain

I know I heard you when

in quiet of night,

your tears dripped down like rain

Twice tell me your wish..

You know

things are never quite true

so many things

taken for granted

cause the greatest of rue.

Thrice tell me your wish..

How many times

reached you out a hand

forgotten yourself

given your heart,

without a single demand?

Four times tell me your wish..

Do you know me?

I am you, you are me.

when you think I am gone,

then just pick up a mirror.

There I am, you I am,

now your vision is clearer.

Tis the fifth I have asked for your wish!

What? not gold, nor diamond,

Nor the world to say Simon?

You say it's simple and more precious than all..

ahhhh..yes!

Give you some sleep with a mind full of peace!

Then softly lay down as I grant you release!
