Some Regrets

A sister lost without a proper goodbye

A garden of regrets in my heart’s core

Like an immense feeling, I cannot ignore

Of the seven flowers, the red one decayed

Your absence with several regrets, conveyed

Regrets for words I never said

For unspoken love or how much I cared

Regret for free time passed us by

A sister lost without a proper goodbye

Regret for the hugs I never gave

Moments I captured but failed to save

Too much to share, but I was hesitant

Your space in the garden, now forever vacant

Regret for support I wanted to show

Will remain in my heart a blaming foe

Regret is a part of my daily thought

Thinking about problems, we must had sought

The garden is blooming still in the mind

With a thorn of regret, that’s left behind

P.S. In loving memory of my beloved sister!

So sad, yet so full of love. Your heart is held in mine, and I am so sad for your loss.

Ohh! That's so sad! :( I can feel your pain may God give you patience ✨ I've one sister and she is one of my precious gifts from God and I wish nobody could ever go through this hard period of life 😊

What a great way to remember a loved one. Writing is a coping strategy. Good work.
