Societal Conformity
Suppressing our inner screams...
Chains of societal conformity,
Binding us in uniformity,
For fear of standing out,
We silence our inner shout.
We wear the mask of normalcy,
Hiding our true identity,
Afraid of being judged and rejected,
Our individuality neglected.
We follow the rules that society made,
And conform to the expectations laid,
Ignoring our own desires and dreams,
Suppressing our inner screams.
But oh, how liberating it would be,
To break free from this conformity,
To let our true selves shine,
And embrace what makes us divine.
Let's break these chains and be bold,
Embracing who we truly behold,
For in our uniqueness lies beauty,
A treasure beyond any duty.
