Snow White

Short Story

By Anna DelphinePublished 5 years ago 1 min read

It's a beautiful day...

Fresh out of May.

Heard there was a storm so she knew she had to get away.

And she, made her mind up.

People told their stories but the reason why she left they couldn't ever say.

In the prairies, beyond the lakes, it seemed safer

To be part of something greater.

New horizons, brand new fate.

More connections, going back to black is what you wouldn't do...

But it does take some getting used to on the path.

She wanted to know, what would be the aftermath.

After all this walking, would she be the one to last?

Left in the past were the things that she always knew.

In the flow, the story goes.

She had fears, but she did not fold.

And what she found is a weapon beyond, all the things the devil had to steal to build upon. She won't be no pawn.

She never forgets!

Set on this quest.

Truth for me and you is the best thing to choose.

You win some, you lose some. The battle is gruesome.

But it's worth the lesson.

Yeah, she made it her space.

She knew she had to get away...
