Pizza rolls between my toes
Gushers exploding as I bite the ends
Doritos were really neato
But not as fun as a pocket full of Cheetos
Monsters with Bugle clays
Hotdogs versus frogs on a log
But neither are as delicious or nutritious as tuna and apples
And canned cheese on a cracker always brings me to my knees
Oh the memories
Of the things my child brain thought were yummy
But now, snack time is much more chill and nutritious
And usually with a lot less dishes
But sometimes when I’m feeling nostalgic
I pull out one of the old standbys
From years gone by
