Nite nite

What is sleep and why doe it matter if we get it or not? Sleep is when you rest your body, soul, and mind to help take you to the top.

I once heard a prominent gang leader's take on sleep issues at hand; I will sleep when I'm dead was his thoughts on it and he was the man.

Sleep deprivation leads to different outcomes from being tired to furious; Feel like the walking dead or dream walking on into being delirious.

Most can not handle going to long without it before there world changes; Even your personality can switch up to far reaching ranges.

From being a massive prick or just non stop laughing hysterically; Also the degree of changes can be just in your mind or literally.

The scale of your personal deprivation does not have any limits or bounds; Can lead to being hateful and angry or snarling like a possessed blood hound.

Lack of sleep can also lead you to hallucinations that well, do not exist; Not talking ghosts but imagination flooding you senses with a twist.

Not to mention the sense of hearing since things will come from all around; Even though there is no noise being made, not a single sound.

But to you it is louder than a bass drum beating with volume turned full dial; Wishing and wanting the noise to please stop and leave you in silence for while.

Only way to get it, be done and over with for you is easy to achieve; Lay down and get some rest and all the strange feelings will leave.

Simple solution to a not so simple problem that we all have to deal with; Sleep disorders are prevailing in every society like a whirlwind

What is they say, that you need to get a good 8 hours a night; Not sure how that is remotely possible if you have any kind of a life.

I am lucky to get that much over a 3-4 day period of trying; Instead of sleeping just end up finding myself in bed lying.

Not able to drift off no matter what I try, even counting sheep; So do not do what I do and stay up, not healthy, so get your sleep.

For me this must stop before I end up in a straight jacket gone crazy; Or worse yet in a hospital bed or 6 feet deep next to Patrick Swayze.

So to prevent anything like that from happening in my life;y resolution for new years is to sleep more each and every night.

With the goal of being able to wake up feeling refreshed on a daily basis; Starting on new years I plan on making this new reality my fate.

Making sure I go to bed regardless of circumstances from the day ending; If have to I will pay attention to social apps as well as what's trending.

For helpful tips on how to get the sleep needed and this I can not overstate; Very important for what I need for my health to not go down and deteriorate.

So my resolution will be way more rewarding than even unbridled wealth; Plus my boy Biggie once said that sleep is the cousin of death.

I have no use for that cousin, death can stay clear away from here; My way of making that occur is to follow thru with my resolution of the new year.

So beginning on the first of January, I start my life anew; Unlike years gone past this is a resolution I will go on and follow through.

No let down or going back without finishing up on my goal I set forth; Can't stop from moving forward just have to show my worth.

Complete the objective set and in turn make myself healthy once again; If accomplish what I set out to then for once in my life I will have a win. rs
