Morning meditation, balcony side, seated in lotus
Closed eyes flicker mid rumination
Attention diverted, my head tilts, eyes wide open
Skyline writing, cloud-born etching; message received
"LIVE" inscribed in puffy letters
Softens the harder parts of me
The parts that introspection misses
Divinely mastered, not an illusion
Not a trick or coincidence contributing to further confusion
Just a loving peck on my cheek- ether's kiss
A matter-of-fact memo, short and direct
Chasing away my earth-based concepts with heaven's help
Floating air particles put my mind in check
Trusting a source beyond human understanding
Alters my perception of spiritual guidance
Neither here nor there, but in between
An elbow, poke, or loving prod
A landline call, heaven's nod
Cloud-based bulletin highlights the seen-of-unseen
Simple gestures. To uplift. Inspire
My psyche's playback that I require
Am I living or merely surviving?
Or am I blindly trance-state thriving?
Perhaps I must review what I am subscribing to
Self-denial is death by ignorance
I close my eyes again, deep breathing, deliverance

Author's note: This is my final entry in this challenge, based on a real-life occurrence that happened this morning while I was sitting on my balcony. I looked up and saw "LIVE" written in the clouds, clear as the new day upon me. After sitting with my message for a while, I came into my office and wrote this poem.
Do we receive messages from heaven here on earth? Absolutely!!!

This is beautiful. What an incredible moment to witness and capture in words.
What a great way to write poems. I often see words, too in my meditations. They just pop up in my head. Beautiful poem!
Oh wow, it's so cool that you saw that in the clouds. Loved your beautiful poem!
Messages can be seen in a lot of places, I agree. I love your contemplation of the message you received!
Great work and I do see things and ideas written in the clouds once in a while. You can learn a lot from the shapes of the clouds.
