Skipping Work for a Moment of Peace
Five senses poem

The quiet feels right, no rush, no race,
Chocolate milk coats my throat, a sweet embrace.
Home smells like nothing, just calm in the air,
TikToks roll by, while violins play somewhere.
I’m here, 26, and today, that’s all I care.
