is one of the ways
in which we can become
the best version of ourselves we can be.
Daily reflection
on who we are and on what we have done
is a strong way to help ourselves
to learn to ‘do it right’ for the next day.
Thinking about and setting achievable goals
can help us to take
those steps forwards in our lives.
Learning is a part of our journey in life,
and when we apply the learning,
our lives will become
happier,
joyful and
more peaceful.
Knowledge also helps us
to understand the world we live in
and
the skills we can use.
