by the way i am over 40 still in a good shape, sexy kind of a body and mind i love to move with the flow but it doesnt mean that some days i will not end up in bed and mostly meditate to digest to switch off myself from the whole rest and get answers through practice for quite a long time without allowing you to disturb exceptions if i will be relaxed enough without pressure to take i can share with you this space

whatever job, work profession i will be in still qigong will be there for most of the time its my real life the non illusive one

i also need time to digest to express otherwise my body mind will have too much to take if i dive i dive very deep until i discover all i experience all i taste all no matter the result of it lessons are taken no regret sometimes i do regret only when my body hurts from harm that I am going or went through

sometimes i will react not cuz i want but people the bad ones love to provoke so if i will be already overwhelmed with pains and had no chance to rest recover from all of them exhousting me wont be the best choice just love support giving peace thats all

so many worlds and layers so many realities personalities to discover and to discover our own worlds ways experiences mind moments in the now so why dont you say Hi !

Connection for me is a must without real talking and all kinds of emotional intake i dont trust any word that you're gonna say

if you keep it short or in a controlled way, solutions won't be find discussions will take an argumentative way -its where i may take a train to leave you forever

Life is not to shut up from speaking mind, you never know how much of it all is still to discover this time and won't be ever written in here

not to give time when the moment is right
