Here’s a nine-line heartbreaking poem you could use:

---

**Faded Echoes**

In the silence, your voice lingers, a ghost,
Every whisper, now a wound in my chest,
Love’s light snuffed, lost in the dark we once feared most.

Your laughter haunts these empty halls,
Memories turn to shadows that never rest,
What was whole is now cracked, crumbling, and small.

Promises dissolved like mist at dawn,
A heart that beats with sorrow, worn and drawn,
In the ruins of "us," I stand, utterly gone.
