Beautiful! I'll never be a meditationatey kind of person. But it does its best work on those who are open to it. Bravo!
I really love the concept and act of silence. I’ve moved away from this a bit in recent years, but in my early adulthood I was more active and deliberate with meditation, and silent prayer. I actually spent a little time living with Franciscan Friars and learning from them. They taught me a lot, and helped me grow to be my true self. I’m grateful for their guidance and wisdom and example and friendship. I should write more about them soon.
