You see a filled room of people and loud noises

Sounds of interactions and happy minds no worries in sight

I see an empty room nothing but 4 blank walls and feel a cold breeze, clocks ticking

A lonely feeling with an abundance of absence as if something is missing within something no one can give me or fill

But that’s just a tour into my depression..

You see a room of 4 I see a room or 40 you hear a pin drop I hear a bomb dropping

You ask me why don’t you interact with people here unknowing that I urge the confident and power to meet and greet

Palms sweating and heart racing with the build up of panic slowly creeping in

A simple glance From one feels like a ton of judgment from many

That’s just a tour into my anxiety..

Mental health isn’t your fault and should never feel ashamed or embarrassed you’re not alone in this battle.
