For Vocal's Acrostic Challenge
Sometimes in the shadows I turn toward myself
Inside where I hear the mumbles leftover from the day
Listening only to what makes me feel special is not easy
Especially when being who I am can feel so hard
Never knowing if I can let my guard down and just be free
Causes, always cautious, tiring of wondering who is real
Especially you my friend

Silhouettes of the female form were given flesh and bone. Silken skin glistened under the spotlight. Dry ice rose around our Icons as they danced atop their podiums in the Square. Heralded for their beauty, their movements were slight, powerful, and sensual.
