we forgot to live well

while were living in hell

we mock eachother

rather then ask if were well

nobody cares as they walk the streets

walking past the homeless

who struggle just to eat

what world is this

what world have we created

is there really good out there

its a question i debated

the poor get poorer

the rich get inflated

its a backwords system

this system should be hated

as the blood runs the street

the system is celebrated

so i put my faith in god

this is my faith demonstrated
