news of the end

Are a lie

This is just

the end of me

As two be one

Now and more

Whim and lust

Echo the idea

That we must know

Here or there

***

Hot and cold

Feel the pull of home

A bond to bend

Draw more to me

This deep avid love

More than lust

Less than envy

***

Fire on the wall

Arms in the air

What is love

If not lust and envy

For you and me

****

Wish for what you must

A game of zero

Left to the fire

On the wall

Come upon us

My love, my fire, my will to live

What else can I do?
