Showgirl
Whispers in the stairwell
I´m sure I knew her
unintentional showgirl
always going with the flow girl
big city girl
pretty girl
dancing in her nightgown
life of the party
downtown
always carlessness
her crown
a smiley face
sometimes a
five second frown
not ever
to be brought down
incredibly sound
in not being
homebound
so much adour
for everything
she found around
excitedly squicking
wheezing
out loud
freedom
way beyond any count
her life
a never ending
rollercoaster ride
in a glass elivator
9 storeys above ground.
Tired feet resting
oddly comfortably
on soft,
cool concrete
whispers in the stairwell
unveiling something other
than I knew so well
a single night
not covering who she is
same eyes
maybe a touch
more grey
more wise
but something behind them
different
unfamiliar
but sincere
and finally
you
cristal clear
the things you say
same voice
such a different word-choice
cautiously and silently
following every sound
mesmerized
by the new person
I seem to have found.

I really liked this. I know this is waaaay off-base and nothing like what you intended, but you could easily associated this with one's cat. I'm not a "cat person" [woofwoof], but "same eyes maybe a touch more grey more wise but something behind them different unfamiliar but sincere..."line put into me a feeling of the ethereal of a different lifeform altogether. Not a poignant point, just a fun one. Your rhythm was mesmerizing.
