as she sat there
feeling empowered from the moments
spent with herself
her entire body felt as if her
blood vessels had turned
into cosmic material
glistening a bright gold
through her tanned skin
she felt a smile creep onto her face
finally realizing that
this is what healing
feels like...
her body felt lighter as moments
passed by
her heart feeling an enormous
amount of power
power she didn’t know
existed within her
her eyes burst into tears
and she wasn’t quite sure why
all she knew
was that
all she has to do
is
show up
-show up, even when you don’t want too, I promise it feels magical
