Shimmering thoughts

Sometimes I find lightness in pain

When it hurts to the surface level you can only float

You can soar close to the sunlight if you cover your soul

I mean if you can cover your body…the soul is what can handle the tension

Breaking to frail just to not upset someone you fear; is real awareness

Self control is life lived carefully, safe with water

Nothing colorful about what you’ll become in the darkness

Sometimes the biggest blessing is wrapped in your own mind

Sometimes I find lightness is the pain
