There are some damsels who get rescued by the handsome prince.

Some ladies are swept off their feet by romantic gents.

Some women will find the love of their lives.

He'll get down on one knee, then they'll dance to their song,

and then nine months later baby comes along.

Woman becomes mother and house becomes home.

Then mom says goodbye to her babies all grown,

as they go out into the world to make families of their own.

Then mom turns to grandma as families come home.

Surrounded by love, she is never alone.

She is the woman I wished I could be,

but she is not, and will never be me.
