Shadows of Sorrow
"Navigating the Darkness and Finding the Light Within"
In the depths of my soul, a whisper remains
A lingering echo of joy, and love in vain
A pain that cuts so deeply, it leaves a lasting scar
A reminder of what's lost, and who we are
Like a canvas of shattered dreams
My heart once full of hope, now a fragmented theme
The memories of what could've been, they haunt me still
A bittersweet reminder, of love, loss, and unfulfilled will
But even in the darkness, a light begins to seep
A glimmer of hope and healing, a chance to learn and keep
The lessons of the heart, the wisdom of the soul
A deeper understanding, of what makes us whole
So I'll hold on to the hope, and let the healing begin
And though the pain will linger, I'll learn to love again.
