First, build up confidence. If you don't have confidence yourself, see who will believe you.

Second, practice your aura. Keep your head up, chest out and back straight.

Train your courage and courage to make eye contact with anyone.

Fourth, cultivate composure. No matter how big the matter is, one should remain calm and composed.

Fifth, train your mind. Don't get angry, don't be petty, and don't be provoked by others.

Six loves praise, can be humorous, can say no

Seven practices: gain experience, be able to speak, handle affairs and get along well with others.
