Self-Love First

Take care of yourself first, then take care of others.

This is not selfishness—it’s self-love.

You can't give others what you don’t have within yourself.

We all want to be better people, but being “just right” is fine. Otherwise, your “goodness” might become the very thing that hinders your happiness.

We worry endlessly about keeping our phones charged, yet we rarely ask ourselves if we’re running out of energy.

Please take good care of yourself. Sleep well, eat well, and prioritize your well-being before taking care of others.

Before you satisfy others, satisfy yourself first.

If you don’t love yourself, it’s hard to truly love others.

Don’t sacrifice your life for work.

Don’t sacrifice yourself for others.

No one wants to see you suffer; it’s often you who won’t let yourself rest.

Otherwise, all your giving and effort become hollow, driven by the desire to please others. Overextending yourself not only exhausts you but also makes you resentful.

You don’t have to be perfect. When you lose yourself, life becomes difficult. In truth, it’s not life—it’s “you” who won’t let yourself relax. Even if you gain the whole world, you won’t be happy.

Shift your focus from others to yourself.

When you are good, others benefit too.

Find your own rhythm. Reclaim your life. After adjusting your pace, start again.
