it means a lot

to you

not to hurt yourself

not self-harm

whenever you fall

appreciate every moment alone

lift, soothe, ignore

all kinds of moods at once

they all have a beginning and an end

in your heart-rending relief

from earthquakes and hurricanes

fighting with yourself

it is love

Ah, self-love—the art of not fighting yourself like a dramatic soap opera! Ride the waves, dodge the hurricanes, and give yourself a high-five for making it through. Solid advice, 10/10 would recommend!

  • When we quit fighting, we lose.
