The way you pause before you speak,
The strength you show when you are weak,
The silence held instead of spite—
These are echoes of your inner light.
The joke that hides a weary sigh,
The hurried step as hours fly by,
The kindness missed, the words you bite—
They trace the shape of your inner fight.
A soul that heals moves slow and sure,
It learns what wounds must still endure.
It walks with grace, though bruised inside,
And plants its peace with quiet pride.
You wear no mask the soul can keep—
It shows itself in how you weep,
In how you rise when days are grim,
In how you hold the world within.
So when you shout or when you sing,
When joy or sorrow starts to cling,
Remember all you say and do
Builds the world that mirrors you.

I’ve always had a strong interest in psychology. I’m fascinated by how the mind works, why we feel the way we do, and how our past shapes us. I enjoy reading about human behavior, emotional health, and personal growth.
