Snowfall came early with hushed ferocity whilst
indwelling levels of ‘comprehensive quiet me’ perched on a window
ledge convinced I could read even as the
enormity of furious fluff brought life to soundless standstill and
'noped' priorities six months in the making to voiceless void
covered in monumental white mute without even trying
easy lesson reminders that serenity seeks precious moments to snuggle our souls

Spiders
I have a spider in my shower. I have taken a shower in there three times despite this knowledge and it haunts me between each drop of water, each brush against the wall or showerhead. I do not know where it lurks. I saw it once and since then it has maintained a steady hidden location, to which my eyes only half-heartedly search.
