Seasons

Zachary T Agman

By Floyd DoolittlePublished 5 years ago 1 min read

I wake up in the Spring when there is no more snow

When the birds start to sing and the flowers start to grow

I eat in the Summer when the harvest is finally reaped

And then I’ll save the rest for the long winters sleep

I preserve and I build for the Fall has come at last

Remember the fond memories of all the warm days past

And when the Winter visits us with its deep down chilly freeze

I’ll go to sleep once again and dream of all those warm memories
