Seasons

Springtime in the city

the smell of summer on your skin

The change of season feeling

as winters chill falls once again

As the sun takes a vacation

dipping away and out of sight

My dreamscapes a new sensation

when the moon comes out at night

Safe and surrounded by creation

cradled there amongst the starlight

all aglow in constellation

mingling movie-stars in twilight

There are a million mixed emotions

pouring out of every ray

Casting reflections on the ocean

washing the negative away

Seasons of our lives

reach out and change us as they will

Keeping the dream alive

until its perfect timing is revealed

This one makes you wonder about the nature of all things. Lovely vision painted here Kelli. Autumn is my favorite season, I like the death and renewal of it all.
