Searching for what
Where do I find it
Who has what I need
Searching for others to fix me
Searching to succeed
Looking outside
Not looking within
Never unravelling the code that is yourself
Pain comes
Inflicting fear
We look outside for the answers
Not near
Not within
What does our body want to share
What does your body want to share
What are the messages
You ignore
What are the signs that come back again and again
How do you know when it's time to give in
How do you know when to listen
Listening to your body is not something you have been shown how to do
Yet our body speaks to us in so many ways
It speaks in a voice
We don't understand
So we ignore
We shut ourselves down
We look to others for advice
We look for the answers in pills and potions
Then one day you are pulled up and have to stop you have a disease that could create loss
What do you do?
How do you change?
What is the meaning?
What can I do?
You can listen
Unravel and begin anew
Do what will give you healthy support and a new start
Listen to your body
And the subtle voice of your heart
Listen act and adapt to the changes you need
Listen and embrace
This is your life you choose
