Beneath the waves, a world unknown,

Where creatures dance, their secrets shown.

But something’s amiss, a haunting fear,

A sea error, drawing ever near.

The currents swirl, a twisted tide,

As plastic waste, a monstrous guide.

It chokes the life, the vibrant hue,

A barren landscape, bleak and blue.

The fish, once free, now trapped and bound,

Their homes destroyed, their spirits drowned.

The coral reefs, a fragile sight,

Bleached and dying, lost to night.

Oh, sea, once pure, now filled with strife,

A victim of our careless life.

Let us mend our ways, with hearts of gold,

And heal the wounds, stories untold.
