In the lobbies of school we meander,

With books and sacks, we view as our home,

Companions we make and examples learn,

As pages turn and pages turn.

Instructors guide us, step by step,

Helping us en route,

Through math and science, history and craftsmanship,

We gain the information to have our impact.

From break enjoyable to noon talks,

We gain experiences that will endure,

Experiencing childhood in the school yard,

We track down our place, where we should be.

Also, when the last chime rings,

We realize we'll miss this unique thing,

The companions we've made, the examples learned,

In school, our hearts have really turned.
