A Journey Through Shadows and Hope

Sailing in the dark as I follow the distant light,

I can see a beacon far away, shimmering in the night.

The storm rages on and waves crash with might,

I steer to the left but the wind pulls to the right.

Scared to loose my destination, yet I hold on tight,

Afraid to lose my way and my heart filled with fright.

I hear voices and whispers

That call out softly and hidden from sight.

But deep in me there is my guiding light.

Through the chaos and fear I navigate this plight,

Trusting my instincts and embracing the fight.

For even in darkness and I hope to find my way right,

Still praying and begging to reach my destination,

After a long dark night...
