In the stillness of the night, In the labor pains so tight, A mother-to-be gave her all, To bring forth life from her fall.

πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”

Her cries echoed through the halls, As the midwife tended to her calls, Her breaths came in ragged gasps, As she struggled with each contraction's grasp.

πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”

But she fought with all her might, For the sake of her precious light, She endured the agony and strife, To give her child the gift of life.

πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”

And in that moment of sweet release, When her child was born, a new masterpiece, The mother's heart could take no more, And she breathed her last, forever more.

πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”

The pain of delivery took its toll, On this brave and beautiful soul, But in her sacrifice, she left behind, A legacy of love, forever entwined.

πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”

In her child, she lives on, Her memory will never be gone, For she gave everything she had, To bring forth life, and that is not bad.

πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”

So let us remember her sacrifice, And honor her with each new sunrise, For the mother who gave her life, To bring forth her child, she lives on in light.

One of the most important blessings of modern medicine has to be the significant reduction in maternal deaths. Sweet expression of some very sad thoughts. Hope you're well Safeera.
