Sacred Circle
together, we unearth, reveal and transform
Sisters gather to unravel the living roots of time
The carvings etched into the colors of our hearts
And the infinite flow of grace between us
North, South, East and West join us to garner expansion
Fire, Water, Air and Earth join us to foster faith
In the divine alchemy that mother nature provides
Together we form a bond of compassion
words of silk pour from our lips
And we are reminded by the infinite love that creates us
Tender, kind and courageous are our songs
As we lay to rest the dust of our pain
Gathering in the truth of our sanctity
Every tendril of life giving light
Encompasses our circle
Porous is our skin to receive
Offerings of colourful expressions
Dances of release
And melodies of surrender
The ancient drum of our ancestors
Speaks through the rhythm of our breath
Hope is found within the pause
We are embraced by the light of mothers love
The divine feminine soars
In the gentle protection of father sky
Like the spirit of the horses
We become pure, unbridled and free
To love who we are and be all we can be
A tender reminder of the cycle of life
The metamorphosis of the butterfly
And the rising of the phoenix
Together we unearth, reveal and transform
Every shade of our existence
In the sacred circle
