It’s a game and I’m the prize,
they all have to compete for my heart
and not for what’s in my pants.
The Hunger Games,
but they’re hungry for me.
Some have the most gorgeous words,
some only see the the bed as our end goal,
and only one wants to give me the world.
They lose their places after a few exchanges,
but the alphabet continues until there's a winner,
until they're worthy of me.
Down the list I go
in hopes to find a match
one that’ll last.
How hard can it be?
I have the whole alphabet to go through
and a roster full of candidates to see
who wins me.

The playful comparison to "The Hunger Games" adds an element of humor and drama, highlighting the challenges of navigating romantic interests. It's a witty and relatable reflection on modern dating and the pursuit of genuine affection.
Perfect tone and pace... But are there winners in this race? 🤔 💭
Holy cow! Your poem gave me goosebumps... Literally! 😩 You said the truth; the ultimate truth with a straight face... I loved the poem. The one who ought to give the world is hard to find. Maybe the last letter of the alphabet? But, he's one! And that's for sure... Keep it up ❤
