Rolling Through the Years

A poetic drive memorizing my automative history

My Lovely Soul EV the Day I got Her - My own Photo

My first was Polo, orange and bold

Unfortunately, the finances got too tight

Then came the 242, a tank of rank

But it died when lent to a friend

After several years’ break, came the Biene

A cheeky little Frenchman who served me well

Got a gold skirt and was proud till the end

Dyna became the successor, an Italian

The chemistry wasn't quite there

The Asian scene was then explored

In came Primiera, with plenty of space

In the end, she was almost falling apart

A trip to America became the result

Mondeo, you gallant one, you were elegant and expensive

Had to make way for Kasper, a 316

The fast German, first lover of speed

Then it was goodbye to fossil burners

Hello to Korea, hello to my Soul

Silent and fast, with plenty of room

The technology is good, and I love your design

Now in our 8th year together

I hope for many more.
